These are the policies and procedures regarding Novelly Yours Candles as a company and any transactions placed through this website. As the shop owner, I maintain the right to update or change these policies/procedures at any time, within reason. Any changes that would affect any open order would go into effect after the transaction has been completed or with customer’s consent.  

SHOP FAQs

Any wholesale orders may be placed through the shop on this website or via purchase order. 

TO ORDER VIA WEBSITE: Simply add desired items in your desired quantities and check out through the cart/checkout page. Please note that if you choose to checkout via this method, shipping costs will be invoiced separately. If you need a shipping estimate prior to purchasing, please contact brittany@novellyyourscandles.com to obtain a shipping quote. Orders may be held until separately shipping invoice is paid. 

TO PLACE A PURCHASE ORDER: Please email any purchase orders to brittany@novellyyourscandles.com. An invoice for your order plus the shipping costs will be emailed to the email address from which the PO was sent. All invoices are due upon receipt. 

Wholesale orders must be a minimum of $100 to qualify. Currently, there are no requirements for candles to be ordered in any specific increment or quantity. 

If you need help getting started, the most popular selections are 9oz jars of Currently Reading, Shipping It, Book Club, and TBR!

Depending on the volume, most wholesale orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Often times orders may ship earlier but please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed. 

Processing time does not begin until all open invoices are paid. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Each order will be billed for the exact cost of shipping so, in order to maintain the best possible shipping rates and accuracy, shipping costs will quoted and invoiced separately after orders have been placed and confirmed. If you would like to obtain a shipping quote prior to ordering, please email brittany@novellyyourscandles.com with your desired quantity and sizes and you will receive a quote within 24-48 hours. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail on UPS Ground depending on volume. The most cost-effective and best solution will be selected for each order. You may also choose to use your own shipping account and schedule a pick-up at Novelly Yours with an agreed upon pick-up date. 

“Can I create a custom candle for my shop?” You sure can! Want a candle with your store’s name and scents inspired by your location? Novelly Yours can help with that! Please email Brittany directly at brittany@novellyyourscandles.com to request more information on custom orders. 

Soy wax is a very popular selection for candles right now, being a product of the USA and providing such a clean burn! It’s biodegradable and it’s easy to clean with hot water and soap. 

SHOP POLICIES

If any of your items should arrive damaged in transit, please email brittany@novellyyourscandles.com with a photo of the broken item and all of its packaging (bubble wrap, box with fragile stickers). A claim will be made with the carrier and a replacement item will be sent. 

Any damaged items must be noted within 10 business days of the marked delivery date of the order. Novelly Yours cannot be responsible for any items that have been broken or damaged in-store post delivery. 

If any items are missing, please email Novelly Yours within 5 business days of delivery. A replacement item will be sent out free of charge. 

Once an order has been shipped, Novelly Yours be responsible for the amount of time it takes in transit. Transit time should be between 2-5 business days. Please follow your tracking number to ensure that all deliveries are received properly. Once an order has been marked as delivered, the carriers will consider the order delivered and received safely and no claims can be made for missing orders. Claims cannot be made for late deliveries as the transit time is a guideline and not a guarantee. 

Requests for returns should be emailed and approved prior to returning any items to Novelly Yours. Approved returns must be made within 90 days of the delivery date. Candles must be unlit, in good condition. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs. Novelly Yours will refund the returned items once the package is safely received.
